BHS Alumni Privacy Statement

In accordance with its objectives, the Association will never willfully disclose e-mail or postal addresses or telephone numbers of its registrants to any third party. Such data will be restricted to:

  • fellow alumni registrants as approved by the Board of Directors

  • fellow alumni who are planning reunions

It is understood that reunion planners may reprint participant lists for distribution prior to, at, or following reunions. The Association may publish in newsletters or on its web site personal information other than addresses. Upon request from a person registered with the Association, the Board of Directors may take steps to enable that person to contact other registered alumni after receiving permission from the other registrants. Requests to remove registration data from the database should be submitted to the Board of Directors. Information in the records is gathered from many sources and, therefore, there can be no guarantee of accuracy.



Nondiscrimination Statement
